1) All images and content on this site are the sole ownership of SeeingtheBigpicture, and must not be copied, reproduced or downloaded unless authorised to do so.

2) You must ensure when sending in images to be reproduced that you have sole ownership and copyright, or you have written permission to do so. You will be liable for any damages to SeeingtheBigpicture should any of these rights be breached.

3) All prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT.

4) We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 2 weeks of draft confirmation.

5) SeeingtheBigpicture reserve the right to withdraw products from the site at any time.

6) Any completed works are subject to the quality of the image received.

7) SeeingtheBigpicture reserve the right to refuse any services to you at our sole discretion.

8) Prices are subject to change without notice.


Returns Policy:

*Should you change your mind regarding the purchase, you are able to receive a full refund subject to the following conditions:

i) You inform us within seven working days of receipt of the product(s).

ii) You return the item(s) within 14 days.

iii) Goods are returned in the condition they were received and in the original packaging.

*Please note as it's a bespoke service this does not apply to the Your Art part of the site.
