how to make an order

If you're ordering a canvas image please follow our simple ordering process, however if it's Acrylic Mounts you're after please see here.


You have two choices of how to make your canvas order.
1) Order one of our selection of Portfolio images.
2) Send us your own image using the Your Art service.



STAGE ONE - MAKING AN ORDER


Portfolio
1) Browse through the portfolio and select an image

2) Fill out the online order form

3) SUBMIT your order form and await order confirmation

Your Art
1) Browse through the different styles available to apply to your image

2) Click the "I want to make an Order" button

3) Select your chosen style

4) Fill out the online order form.

5) SUBMIT your order form and await order confirmation

6) Send us your image by post or email





STAGE TWO - ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY


Portfolio
1) SeeingtheBigpicture will confirm your order, confirm any specific requirements and confirm a price.

2) Payment will then be requested. Payment must be received before an order can be printed.

3 ) Once payment has been received, your canvas is produced and delivered to your door within 2 weeks.


Your Art
1 ) SeeingtheBigpicture will confirm your order, confirm any specific requirements and provide a quote.

2 ) When we have received your image we will check it to see if it will work with the style of your choice.

3 ) After your image has been assessed, we will start to work on your image with the data provided on the order form and any feedback given by yourself.

4 ) After completing your style we will e-mail or post you a selection of drafts for you to choose from. Simply select your favourite, if you are not happy with any of the drafts then we are happy to work with you until you are!

5 ) Once you have approved your final draft we will request payment.

6) After payment has been received your canvas is produced and delivered to your door within 2 weeks.
